The Gadget Guru is considered the most advanced mind of his genetically engineered race called the Hairies in terms of his knowledge base of scientific exploration and discovery. He was summoned to join the team at Project Cadmus, but left shortly after coming on board, leaving his apprentice Tekka to continue in his stead while he decided to fly off on a spacecraft he rebuilt into the depths of space.
