Origin
Galina Stenkov was born in Russia, her father was a scientist who developed a flesh-eating virus capable of stripping someone down to the bone in a second. He planned to defect to the US but was killed, however, he was able to inject a version of the virus into his daughter that would remain dormant temporarily before the virus died.

Galina first appears in Punisher Frank Castle Max Mother Russia Part Four.
Powers & Abilities
Galina is just a young girl when she is saved by Punisher. She possesses no skills or training but was injected with a dangerous virus, that was safe within her body, making her a valuable asset to any military. She showed some measure of emotional strength and willingness to assist the Punisher in her own protection.
