A member of the alien race, the Dryads, Garv possesses increased strength and durable skin. He joined L.E.G.I.O.N. early in his life and soon fell in love with fellow Dryad, Strata. The two eventually married and had a child. Garv spends most of his time working for L.E.G.I.O.N.
