Brief History
General Clarke served as Alpha Flight’s military liasion officer shortly after they were reinstated by the Canadian government after the Sorcerer Affair. He was soon revealed to be much more as he knew the origin of Wild Child, and the apparent head of the mysterious Department K and their operatives Weapon: P.R.I.M.E.
General Clarke had say-so over Weapon P.R.I.M.E. when Kane learned that Cable may be Stryfe. Opting not to dispatch the team then, he introduced Rictor as a source of aide.
General Clarke later served as Department H’s head of Super Human Development and Deployment. He reported directly to Director X.
Clarke was killed during the Zodiac’s attack on the Department H facility.
