Origin
Gerk Kreg is a mob boss who hates the Creeper as much as the the police. He put out a hit on the Creeper. A hit that was never collected. That doesn’t mean he didn’t get his licks in however, Mr. Kreg even knocked him out once and could have killed him himself if he didn’t wait to find out who the Creeper was under what he thought was a costume. Unfortunately, for Mr. Kreg his entire gang is rounded up by the police while trying to catch the Creeper.
Creation
Gerk Kreg was created by Steve Ditko and first appeared in Beware the Creeper 1. Gerk Kerg’s name is a palindrome. That means his name is the same spelled backwards and forwards.
