History
Gilberto was working in waste disposal for Patrick Swayze Block but assisted in saving its people from Kidney Hut; a company dealing in organ harvesting.
Powers & Abilities
Gilberto has demonstrated leadership, knowledge of tactics/strategy, explosives, weapons and marksmanship as well as possessing some level of access over Patrick Swayze Block; as access terminals are often limited to authorization by Judges, maintenance and select individuals yet the maintenance panel greets him in one scene with the phrase “Well, Hello Mayor!”.
