Glare is a monster of a creature: part man, part something that used to be a man. Bald, except for a ponytail, massive in size, and wearing a high-tech eyepiece in his right eye, Glare is angry, mean and powerful. Too angry to be a hero and too focused to be a true villain, Glare is in reality is Gerald Duncan a former UltraTech employee who volunteered for one of the early Prototype experiments. The experiments had dreadful side effects, turning him into a madman… seeking revenge!
