GlowBug was one of the very first super-freaks that Dragon encountered as he joined the police force. She and Cutthroat were robbing a bank but the rookie officer brought them both in as his first arrests.

GlowBug was incarcerate for many years, but eventually got loose and was part of the Vicious Circle that remained in Chicago after CyberFace took control of the planet.

GlowBug and Cutthroat
The rebellion led by Dragon was a success and the Vicious Circle was largely dismantled as a result of his actions. When SkullFace begun putting the gang together again a couple of years later, he barely kept any of the original members around and those that he were consider cannon fodder. Cutthroat had failed to eliminate Dragon and so one of the newer recruits, Rat Bastard, sent to kill him. GlowBug defended her lover and it revealed that the couple have a young son.
The Death of Glowbug
Dragon defeated Rat Bastard before convincing the out of shape couple to assist him and his army of heroes, providing intelligence so that they could raid the Vicious Circle. This betrayal meant that when OverLord III took charge of the villainous group, Cutthroat and GlowBug were given chance to redeem themselves. They tried a serum that transformed them into part of the Dragon Army but when Dragon arrested them, further shots could not be administered and the couple exploded violently from the blood.
