History
Archaelogist Ashley Halberstam was at a dig in Egypt when he was struck by a bolt from a New Genesis laboratory. The bolt changed him into the Golden Pharaoh and gave him the “Power of the Pyramids”, which could be channeled through his staff. The Golden Paraoh joined forces with Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman to defeat the machinations of Darkseid.
