History

The Green Lantern of Sector 555 had all the makings of a legendary Lantern.  Already imbued with willpower strong enough to make it into the Corps, the Green Lantern of Sector 555 was from a powerful species of mastodon-like beings capable of tremendous strength.  Unfortunately, his time in the Green Lantern Corps was cut far too short.  The Green Lantern of Sector 555 was only a rookie when he was cut down by Karu-Sil of the Sinestro Corps.  During the Sinestro Corps initial attack on Oa, the insane Karu-Sil unleashed her “wild pack” of yellow energy beasts on Lantern 555.  His skills were too raw to stop these fear created monsters from eviscerating the novice Lantern.  Karu-Sil then followed the fallen Lantern’s power ring from rookie to rookie, killing any being that was deemed to be a worthy successor.
