Gregori was created by Stan Lee and Don Heck for Tales of Suspense #42.

Trapped by the Red Barbarian
Gregori and several other Russian spies attempt to steal an atomic bomb from the United States but Iron Man intervenes and stops them. The F.B.I. soon arrive and arrest Gregori and his comrades.
