When World War two broke out, the American government were quick to organise all of its super powered beings into the All Star Squadron. As a response to this, the Axis powers organised their own team – Axis Amerika – and the German “Horned Owl” was one of that team. During the war, Axis Amerika clashed with both the All Star Squadron and the Young All Stars. At the end of the conflict, Axis Amerika dispersed and it is unclear what happened to their members, including Der Grosshorn Eule.
