He was a gang lord in Hillrock Heights neighborhood. He was hunted by mercenaries hired by Mr. Hyde to obtain his Pink Pills. When he discovered its temporary super-power effects Grumpy used it initially for saving his life battling these mercenaries.
He had his alias tattooed on his neck.
Besides he was an enemy of Ghost Rider (Reyes).
Powers & Abilities
Thanks to the pills that belonged to Mr. Hyde, Grumpy was capable of enhancing his size, strength, durability, and stamina but also went into a terrible rage when using the drugs. The exact measure of his strength is unknown as Hyde’s strength has fluctuated though Hyde’s most stable form has resulted in around a 70-75 ton strength limit whereas less permanent versions of his earlier formula have ranged from a few tons to close to 20 tons.
