Haggard was created by writer and artist Bob Hickey.
Major Story Arcs
Haggard and his friend Angel Shadow got into a taxi cab to return home one night. However, the taxi driver decided to drop them off at a warehouse full of Soulbreed. Haggard and Angel fought them off until Midnight Montana showed up to help, and Angel released S’Gorj. They eventually defeated the Soulbreed, and left the cab driver behind after destroying his cab.
