Judge Harold J. Warner was as crooked a a barrel of fish hooks. He was in the back pocket of Warner Quilt. Warner Quilt sent his henchman Brand to steal his illegitimate son from his family. Brand went to the home of the family and threatened to mutilate them and was shot and wounded by Allan Reynolds who was trying to protect his wife from getting a branding iron stamped on her face. Judge Warner not only dropped the case against Brand but sentenced Allan to two years in prison for having an unregistered firearm. Allan escapes and goes to kill Judge Warner while he was being entertained by the Mr. Quilt. As Allan busts into the home and threatens Judge Harold he is killed by Brand. The judge than stays at the home and has a another drink.
