Met his untimely demise at the hands of Frank Castle aka the Punisher. When The Punisher was sneaking around the Unisym waste compound he was distracted and Harold is able to catch him by surprise. But his small victory  was short lived when Castle threw a knife into his throat which immediately killed him.
