Harry “Heck” Thornton is a redneck from Arkansas and a sharp shooter hired by Joe Malizia, Ma Gnuuci’s right hand man. Harry along with a few other hired mercenaries were contracted to kill the Punisher but none of them succeeded.

Harry “Heck” Thornton is played by Mark Collie. In this adaption, Harry Heck is from Memphis rather than Arkansas. After a night of dealing with Joan’s abusive boyfriend and setting up the Saints for their own demise, Frank goes downstairs for some coffee the next morning. Frank sits with the other tenants from his apartment building when all of a sudden, a new patron comes into Joan’s Diner. Harry “Heck” Thornton has been hired by Howard Saint to take out Frank. Harry introduces himself by playing a swan song that he wrote especially for Frank. Afterwards, Harry tells Frank that he will be singing this sour tune at his funeral.

Frank takes his armored GTO for a ride in order to lure out Harry. Harry opens fire with a grenade launcher in order to pierce the armored car. Frank manages to get away but he is forced to swerve his car when a kid runs into the middle of the road. Frank’s car flips and Frank crawls out from the wreckage. Harry walks up to Frank with 357 Magnum and Frank points a switchblade at Harry. Harry scoffs at Frank’s supposed desperation and takes aim. Frank hits the trigger on the hilt and the switchblade shoots out into Harry’s neck. Harry chokes on his own blood as he falls to the ground.
