Harvey Stitch was created by Mark Verheiden. The character doesn’t belong to the mainstream continuity of the DC Universe and appeared in the Smallville Comics only.
Storyarc
Harvey Stitch was a Mob Boss of Metropolis and worked together with Edgar Huff, the CEO of Intertech. After Harvey tried to attack Chloe Sullivan, he was knocked out by Pete Ross.
