Henry was the original main character of the first manga series and the first Medabots game. At the age of eight, he had his first Medabot that he named Metabee(later named Arcbeetle). He had great talent as a Medafighter and even won the world championship. Years later as an adult, he became a store clerk and took two secret identities: Phantom Renegade(a gentleman thief and antihero) and Space Medafighter X(Japan’s greatest Metafighter). He is the one who sells Ikki a KBT type like the one he used to have and takes the role as a somewhat mentor to Ikki and his protector as Phantom Renegade.
Phantom Renegade
As Phantom renegade, Henry steals rare medals from all over the world and gives them to Professor Aki so that they won’t be used for weapons of mass destruction. He also fights the criminal organization known as the Rubberobo Gang who seeks the rare medals as well so that they can use them for world domination. He doesn’t use a Medabot but relies on his incredible agility and hand-to-hand fighting skills. He can even face Medabots in combat, but mainly to stall them as he is only human.
Space Medafighter X
As Space Medafighter X, Henry is ranked as the number one Medafighter in Japan and is one of the three Medafighters who represents Japan in the world championship(only once, actually, as others took the role as Medafighter X while he is busy). His Medabot is Arcbeetle that specializes in laserbased attacks.
