Herb lives on the same street as the Mallard Residence (which includes Drake Mallard, Launchpad McQuack and Gosalyn Waddlemyer). He is the husbend of Binkie Muddlefoot and the father of Tank and Honker Muddlefoot. He enjoys Pelican’s island
