Master of martial arts and chef in San Francisco. Herbert was making a bile cognac on a TV show that the Badger saw and was enraged by the snake that was used. He went to San Franciso to confront Herbert. Rather than fight, the two put off the battle and took a weekend trip where Badger saved Herbert from a fall off a mountain. The two returned and battled. Though Herbert won the contest, he vowed to never make the cognac again. He knew, though he had won the contest, that Badger was the better martial artist, for during the fall he noticed Badger had used his own internal power to hold both of them against the sheer face cliff.
