HIM first appeared in The Powerpuff Girls animated series.
Creation
HIM was created by Craig McCracken. He is said to be a cross between the Devil, and the head Blue Meanie from the animated Beatles film, Yellow Submarine.
Character Evolution
HIM is the greatest foe of the Powerpuff Girls. He is so despicable that no one dares to even speak his true name, and so simply refer to him as HIM.
