He is Jun‘s twin brother who switched places with him when they were younger in order to prevent Ms. Daramount and Mr. Gribbs from taking the real Hisao to Morning Glory academy. He was born 30 minutes before his brother which disqualified him from being admitted as a student. He has no recollection of the switch and believes himself to be the real Hisao and he is mad that his brother made it into the academy.
