A seventy-five year old Mexican man searching for a better life, Horacio was saved from death by the High Evolutionary and given the DNA of the Silver Surfer and some of his Power Cosmic, making him near immortal. In the process, Horacio was lost to the power he possessed, making him more of a shell of nothingness than a man.
He left Earth with the High Evolutionary, now calling himself the Worldbuilder, to bring life to dead worlds.
