Hydron was created by Len Wein, George Perez and Joe Sinnott in 1977 and first appeared in Fantastic Four # 186.  Â
Powers & Abilities
Hydron could magically assume a mutated form in which he could mystically project water from his left arm. Even in human form he had limited abilities to wield magic.
