Creation
The Ice King was created by Otto Binder & Kurt Schaffenberger in 1953.
Major Story Arcs
Considering he’s a one man issue (1appearance only), the only arc he appears in is ”The Beast Battalions” (Marvel Family Vol 1 #82 (April 1953) ) where he’s stealing gold in Alaska to power his freeze ray and plunge the world into a new ice age.
