Zanpakutō
Ichimonji is Ichibē’s Zanpakutō. It takes the from of a large brush which can be used for writing. He uses it to write several Kanji that have different purposes. Ichimonji is quite unique, as the brush doesn’t cut the physical form of the opponent, but the name of what it cuts. For example, if your arm is slashed by it, it could cut off a letter, making the name Ar. This power also halves the capabilities of the object.
Shikai
The release command is “Black Out”, Ichimonji’s brush is replaced with a blade. The ability of this Shikai is cover objects in ink. The pitch black ink renders the name of the object void, thus making it powerless. Ichibē harnesses all the black in the world to his whim.
Futen Daisatsuryō
Ichibē summons all the “black” from around him and forms a massive mausoleum. This technique completely destroys the opponent so that nothing remains of them.
Bankai
Ichibē’s Bankai is Shirafude Ichimonji. His Bankai works in accord with his Shikai. Once his opponet is covered in the ink from Ichimonji, Ichibē can change their name to whatever he wishes. Showed this against Yhwach, and changed his name to Black Ant. Therefore, Yhwach was reduced to well, a Black Ant.
Strength
Able to comfortable clash with Yhwach. Ripped out Yhwach’s throat.
Other Abilities
- Ichibe is a master of Zankensoki, the four basic skills of all Shinigami.
- Ichibe can manifest giant hands and feet to attack for him.
- Ichibe named everything in Soul Society, including all the Zanpakuto.
