Igor Stancheck is the Russian version of the Radioactive Man and is one of Klaw’s mercenaries including Rhino, Batroc and a Vatican version of the Black Knight who invaded Wakanda. The mercenaries attack the Great Mound which is the biggest supply of Vibranium in the the heart of the kingdom. Igor is killed by Black Panther’s sister Shuri who uses the Black Knight’s ebony blade to cut Igor in half.
