A gentle hunter from the Insect Village, Ikopek aka Bee, befriended Shuna during her time there in Searcher and the Sword, even helping her escape her husband.
They reunited in Discovery, where Ikopek proposed marriage and Shuna accepted. In the first few pages of Final Quest, Shuna gives birth to their son Shukopek, and together they explore the land sharing tales of “gentle spirits”.
Sadly, in the first issue of Final Quest, Ikopek was killed by humans pushing a boulder off a cliff. Kimo was unable to save both him and Shuna from the accident.
