Infrared started out as a Cobra Viper that worked his way up the ranks, surpassing the Crimson Guard level. Being one of the first Crimson Guards, Infrared had a lot of plastic surgery. His true identity is virtually impossible to decipher. It is believed that he held a prominent public position while working for COBRA.
