Ion is one of the instructors at the Harbinger Foundation and he is all about respect and chain of command. When using his powers, he is able to choke his victims by using small electrical charges to ozonate the air in their lungs. When he first meets Peter Stanchek, Peter is stressed out after a long day and thus very annoyed by Ion when he approaches. Ion’s authoritative attitude sets Peter off and they go at it in a psionic fight. This fight marks Peter’s first full-scale Psionic exchange.
