Ixtlà n is a member of the Masters of the Night who lives in America. He holds many important positions, ranging from being a mob leader to a manipulator of the US army. He even controls the Area 51, where researches on a mysterious spaceship are conducted. He doesn’t like remaining in the same place for long times, so he frequently moves through South and North America, creating many wounded during the travel, only to forget them after a short time. He is also a precious ally of Lord Marsden.
