Major Story Arcs
While arresting Minister Ransome’s family (he had helped his daughter Jennifer Ransome escape when he learned she had tested positive for being a mutant), Jan sees a boy protesting the magistrates’s actions and decides to teach him a lesson. He attempts to beat the boy but gets stopped before any blows land. The boy is Phillip Moreau and he is the Genegineer‘s son. Jan realizes his mistake and immediately tries to brush the incident under the rug with some petty bribes. He is seemingly off the hook when Phillip runs away.
