Jay Hamm is a Chicago based field and investigative reporter. Hamm got his communications degree from Columbia College in Chicago. He went back to his hometown of Milwaukee Wisconsin and made it on camera. After a few big investigative reports, he applied for and snagged a position in Chicago.
