He gave up his career as a pilot to devote himself entirely to the creation of most of the racing Vaillantes, resumed the role of team leader of the Vaillante team, from his father Henri.
He fell into a coma in 2016 (New season, t. 4 Collapse) following a car accident, the circumstances of which remain murky: because of the guilt he may have felt in the case of the redemption of the Vaillante group by Ethan Dasz, he throws himself and his car from the top of a cliff1. He died in 2017 (New season, t. 6 Rébellion) after a long coma, which led to new heartbreaks in the Vaillant clan.
