Jeff Carter

Samuel Eardley was born in Sheffield, in a very troublesome family. His father used to beat him and his mother and rape his sister and that has marked Samuel for all his life. Once adult, Samuel became a journalist for the “Sun”, but was just a cover for his career as a serial killer. He changed his name in Jeff Carter and started to murder people that he considered evil or unworthy to live, considering himself a vigilante. Jeff met Harlan, Kurjak and Tesla while everyone was investigating the Sheffield headquarters of the multinational Temsek, run by Lord Marsden, which housed a factory of illegal weapons and landmines sold worldwide. In that time het met Ann Spade, who fell in love with him. Eventually he revelead himself and became known throughout the world as a dangerous murderer. Despite his methods, he usually murder killers and other criminals, but some of his victims and his sense of justice are highly questionable. He had a long and complicated relationship with Harlan, Ann and the others, and has been their ally on multiple occasions.
