History
Jamail was a Palestinian who resisted the Israeli occupation of the West Bank. He broke into the home of Gabrielle Haller and murdered her partner, Daniel Shomron. Shocked, Gabrielle’s son, Legion absorbed the personalities of Jamail and his fellow terrorists, gaining Jemail’s telepathic powers in the process.
As one of Legion’s personalities Jemail grew to like Legion and tried to integrate his fractured personalities better. He came into conflict with Jack Wayne, a particularly violence aspect of Legion’s mind, who manipulated the X-Men into attacking Jemail.
Afterwards Jemail, along with a number of other of Legion’s former personalities, became a non-corporeal spirit haunting Israel. Sabra and Excalibur were able to put them to rest.
