Jigger O’Bitters is a villainous criminal mastermind. Notably alongside their assistant Bettina they once captured Go-Go Fiasco, the side kick and ally of Angela St Grace, the suave and skilled super secret agent of GOOD.

O’Bitters is a fictional character created by writer Robert Rodi and artist Louis Small Jr. O’Bitter’s is a minor character in the Vertigo published series Codename: Knockout which was released in June 2001 and ran for twenty four issues.
