Origin
Jim Fulton is the inverter of the Fulton Submarine. He was stabbed to death in his sleep by Cortez in a plan to steal his submarine blue prints. Jim had to daughters Joan Fulton and Sandra Fulton who were also attacked by Cortez for the same reason.
