Brief History
Jock Forrester was the father of Lee Forrester. After being diagnosed with cancer and told that he only has one year of life he went to the Everglades and started to think about killing himself. The Man-Thing was attracted by this feelings and started to approach him, but before he could reach the human,D’Spayre managed to induce Jock to kill himself with a gun, feeding on his soul.
After that, D’Spayre used his body some times. He first attacked Jock’s daughter Lee and Cyclops and almost won, but the Man-Thing managed to defeat him. Much later, Jock’s memory would later be used by D’Spayre to torment Lee, but this time her companion was the son of Cyclops, Cable.
