He’s got no powers but considers himself one of his “children” in the G-Men. It’s presumed that his father sexually abused him when still a child and grew up abducting/kidnapping children who were runaways and orphans and abusing them too. Only this made him one of them. All the ‘G’ team members were abused by him since childhood forcing them to detest him they still remained loyal and never said anything to other people. Vought let him do this because their ‘G’ sector grossed most. Those members who were about to reveal the truth were ordered by Godolkin himself to be killed and he later resurrected them. Later Vought massacred all his teams in front of his mansion killing him in the process because they realized he was endangering their business.
