Blood and Sutures

A methodical and calculating serial killer. John believed he was doing the Lord’s work by murdering people and then removing their eyes, the “windows to their souls”. All the while, he would ritually journal every aspect of his murders for the sake of posterity.

When he shot at a woman named Gretchen Culver who had come to meet with him about his writings, he unknowingly started a chain of events that led to the birth of Suture. Later, Suture returned to John and repaid his deeds.
