Johnny Two Dicks is a henchmen of Mister Rictus in the comic book “Wanted”, he has no super-powers other than having two penises, one of which talks to him. Much like others in Wanted, he wasn’t always a bad guy in fact he was a respected young pharmacist who delved off into a life of crime.
