Origin
Calling himself a full-grown half-pint on the go, Jolly Jim Dandy was apparently an entertainer from the East who decided he wanted to become a frontier man and go to Kentucky.
He had the ability to fly, though he seldom used this ability, instead doing most of his traveling by mule, he was also able to speak any language or dialect and had incredible strength and agility, and may have been far older than he appeared to be. None of these abilities were ever explained.
Eventually, he made it to Kentucky and is heard from no more.
