History
Jonas was a criminal mutant from New York City who used his powers for murder. During an attempted arrest he sent a homeless man to try and kill the police and went that didn’t work, he mentally manipulated the police to start killing each other. Thankfully American Eagle was present to be able to defeat him and covered Jonas’ eyes so that he couldn’t use his powers anymore.
