Jonathan Kent was the main continuing character in American Comic Groups spy themed comic Spy-Hunters, other than having the same name as Kal-El’s Earth dad, and smoking like a foundry smoke-stack before the EPA there is nothing to distinguish him any of the other bland, if not faceless at least certainly similarly drawn characters that appeared in the pages of that comic.
