Jonathan MacArthur was created by Marv Wolfman and Mike Miller. He belongs to the DC Universe Online Video game even though he only appeared in the comics.
History
Jonathan “Jon” MacArthur is a Metropolis citizen, a EMP technician and a former Navy Seal. He was infected by the exobytes of Brainiac and became a spell-caster. Jon was one of the four first new metahumans to go to public with his new powers.
