Jose Quesada was put on trial for the assault and rape of a woman on June. Matt Murdock wanted him to be guilty and sent to jail but one of Wilson Fisk’s lawyers gave Quesada a pass. Quesada went to Josie’s Bar and was followed by Daredevil. Daredevil put him on the train tracks at the New York subway, leaving Quesada to die.
