Joshua Blaine was a successful attorney in New York City ,who also collected many medieval weapons and decided to become the new Robin Hood .He began to steal from rich citizens keeping half for himself and giving half to the poor by throwing it off rooftops in the poorer sections of the city .He did this to ensure that he would be looked upon as a hero of the people not as the thief he was .He is captured by Captain America and Bucky who are not fooled by his “kindness” and sent to jail . He also had two other criminals dressed as Friar Tuck and Little John.
