Origin
Journey Dominguez idolizes the superheroes and wants to be one of them. After finding a strange amulet, which she can no longer take off, she gets that chance as it grants her temporary superpowers. What she doesn’t know, is that the power she is granted is permanently taken from a random superhero, weakening the whole world over time.
Creation
Journey was the winner of Image‘s Shadowline SuperHeroine writers contest by Tom Arguello. However the planned 3-issue miniseries never went to print.
